If you work in the cleaning or construction industry you need an HSE card issued by the Norwegian Labour Inspection Authority. Your employer is responsible for applying for this. Self-employed people must apply themselves.
In order to use your foreign Machine operator licence in Norway, you need permission from the Norwegian Labour Inspection Authority.
